 Town of Lockport General Information The Town of Lockport operates under an executive form of government whereby the Supervisor is responsible for town adminstration under the direction of the Town Board as the legislative body. The Supervisor is a full-time position and is responsible for daily town management including departmental administration, town budget, capital projects, the six-year capital program and town financial managment. The Supervisor is elected to the Town Board every two years and provides a chairman and tiebreaker function to legislative activities. Refuse/Recyling Information
