Town of Lockport Parking
ARTICLE 19 SECTION states that it shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle on Town Highway within the Town between the hours of 1:00am and 7:00am from November 1st of any year to April 1st of the year immediately following. THE HIGHWAY SUPERINTENDENT IS AUTHORIZED TO REMOVE AND STORE ANY VEHICLE IN VIOLATION OF THIS LAW.

Please Note
It would be appreciated if Town Residents could avoid parking on Town roads at all during winter months if possible. During recent years the Highway Department is finding it more difficult to keep up with snow and ice build up on roads, due to so many people parking in the street. This in NOT a Town ordinance; it is only a request asked of residents so that the Highway Department may do a better job maintaining Town roads.
