County and Town taxes are always due on January 31st. If the 31st falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the due date will carry over to the next business day. We do honor United States postmarks.

Mailed payments go directly to the bank's processing center for faster processing. The processing center for the Town of Lockport's local bank is located in Erie County. This is the reason that the PO Box is in Buffalo.
Our office does NOT collect school taxes.
Each school district collects its own taxes. If you have any questions regarding a school tax bill, you should contact your district directly. Below are the phone numbers for the five school districts within the Town of Lockport.
