MEETING SCHEDULE
The Town of Lockport Zoning Board of
Appeals was established with the purpose of providing a municipal
appeals process for its citizens. This board deals with specific
situation of development within the community and significantly
contributes to its development. Board members review site
development proposals and determine if hte proposals are consistent
with the intent and purpose of the Town's ordinances and its
comprehensive plan. Interpretations are based on the strict
guidelines set by the State and the municipality. This board's
decisions determine if appeals are consistent with the guidelines
of the Town's Master Plan adopted by the community.
